Tiramisu is the dessert par excellence of Italian cuisine, the most famous and known abroad. Its origins are disputed between the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia-Giulia regions. Here is my recipe, it is very simple and fast to do. We only need eggs, mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers, white sugar, and coffee.
