Class Description

In the tiramisù class, you’ll be able to learn, prep, and eat the famous Italian dessert, Tiramisù. The class is pretty easy and does not have restrictions for advanced cooks, even a beginner will be able to complete the dish.

In the first part of the class, I’ll tell you the story of the tiramisu, then we’ll start making the mascarpone cream and finish assembling the dessert using the ladyfingers.

Note: the tiramisu can be served after 2 hours of rest in the fridge

Ingredients

For the tiramisù:

  • 250 grams (8,8 oz) Mascarpone cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 80 grams (7 tbsp) Granulated sugar
  • 1 box (14 oz) Savoiardi biscuits (ladyfingers)
  • 2 cups Espresso coffee
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
