To cook risotto with asparagus we need to use a good asparagus broth. Without wasting anything of the asparagus, in this cooking class you’ll be able to learn how to cook risotto exalting all the characteristics and qualities of one simple ingredient, asparagus. A little touch of gorgonzola cheese adds color to the decoration and a nice and sweet flavor to better balance the risotto.

  • ¼ cup White wine
