Wow, book this experience now. Riccardo was great, he makes you feel at home right from the beginning. He is very organized, communicates well and he is very patient. The food is so simple but so flavorful. So we started making the pasta dough, the Riccardo explained a little bit of the three traditional roman pasta sauce (caccio e pepe, matricciana and carbonara) then we prepared the ingredients for the sauces while the pasta rested. Then we rolled the pasta. Then Riccardo showed us how to cook the sauces and the pasta and then the best part the tasting...amazing. Do not miss this experience, I recommend it 100.
