Ricardo made learning really fun and light. We made several pastas and pasta sauces and ate the delicious result. With regional organic wine! I highly recommend this class!

Riccardo’s cooking class was fantastic! Riccardo is a great teacher, and he taught us techniques we can use at home. He also provided instructions for later use. The location and class size was perfect. I will definitely use Riccardo for future classes! Highly recommend!

We had the absolute best time with Riccardo. He is an amazing cook and teacher. He taught us so many different methods for making pasta and I feel like I can totally do it by myself at home now! The best part is the pasta is incredible and we left so full. I hope to take another class with Riccardo next time I am in rome!

WOW is the first thing to come to mind when describing Riccardo’s class. He is truly passionate about cooking and teaching people. He is extremely professional while still having fun. Make room in your Rome itinerary for this cooking class. Riccardo is a fantastic teacher and we had an amazingly good time learning how to make Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio Pepe. Pastas are made from scratch, and you’ll learn how to do fettucine, chittarra, spaghetti and ravioli.
